Jacque's Vinegar Tea
Ok I totally stole this from Jacque's blog but I can't wait to try it. She has this a couple times a day when she's craving something not so good. Also she is doing a food log which is a great idea to keep track.
Here's the recipe right off her blog:
Vinegar TeaSounds nasty? Not so much. In fact, when made correctly, it tastes like Wassail! And, me being a fan of Wassail, I look forward to my morning and evening cup of this tea!
4 oz (mug) water
1/2 tablespoon honey
sprinkle of cloves
sprinkle of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (unfiltered/unpasturized)
-Warm the mixture up in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and sip! So yummy and relaxing. Since I started drinking this tea, I have seen an improvement in my digestive system, plus so far I have lost 3 lbs without changing anything else!
